How can I contact Baby Bom Bom?

The fastest way to reach us is to contact us via our Facebook Messenger at https://www.facebook.com/babybombom or WhatsApp us at +65 81818581.

Alternatively, you may also drop us an email at enquiries@babybombom.com or fill up the contact form in our contact us page.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Typically, all our orders will be shipped out within 1-2 business days and you should receive your items in the next few days.

Payments & Refunds:

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

Do I need to have a Paypal account to make payment?

No, it is not necessary to have a paypal account to make your payment.

Why do I get redirected to only Paypal website to make payment?

After you click complete order, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can do a Paypal Guest Checkout, when you click "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" below.
With this, you do not need to create a Paypal account, and the payment will be deducted from your credit card.
Paypal is just a host platform for our payment system. They do not withhold any of your information when you use the Guest Checkout.

What qualifies for an exchange/refund?

Customers are responsible in choosing the right design/colour before placing an order. 

We only offer refunds for damaged or defective goods and missing parcels.

We regret that courier charges will be borne by the customer, and that the original delivery charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

However, if you experience problems with an item due to a manufacturer defect, Baby Bom Bom will seek to replace or repair the item immediately, as needed.

Should you require an exchange/refund, drop us an email at enquiries@babybombom.com with an attached image of the damaged product (if applicable) and your order number, and we will be in touch with you as soon as possible.

Why haven't I received my refund?

A confirmation email will be sent once a refund is successfully approved. Your refund may take some time before it is fully processed. 

If you have yet to receive your refund, take the following actions:

- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company.
- Contact your bank

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders above $50 will be entitled to Free Shipping.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we only provide shipping within Singapore.
