Return & Refund Policy

Something wrong with your purchase? Don't panic, we’re here to help!

Exchange / Refund

Merchandise may be exchanged / returned within 7 working days. Items must be exchanged / returned in NEW (unused, unwashed) condition and may be exchanged for similar items of a different size, or for another item or a same value or less. In the event of exchanges / refundable made, we regret that courier charges will be borne by the customer, and that the original delivery charges are non-refundable. In order to get a refund, your return must be accompanied by the original sales invoice. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

If you experience problems with an item due to a manufacturer defect, Baby Bom Bom will seek to replace or repair the item immediately, as needed.

Colours And Prints

Since many computer monitors vary, actual colours of the items offered for sales my be a little different from what you might expect from seeing them on the monitors. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Again if you are really unhappy with the colours, you can arrange for an exchange or credit after you have received your orders.

Please Note:

Return/exchange items should be sent to our postal mailing address at customer’s own delivery cost.

Baby Bom Bom is not responsible for lost or misdirected return/exchange items damaged on the way back for a return/exchange. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 38 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2 #0701 S569511.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns.

This is because we do not cover the shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds

Our store only offers refunds for damaged goods or missing parcels.

Drop us an email at enquiries@babybombom.com with an attached image of the broken or defective product (if applicable) and your order number. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after investigating the issue.

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
